Barrowden is situated in the Welland Valley and is a small village of stone and brick dwellings which nestles around two large greens and a duck pond. There is the Parish Church, St Peter’s, and the Public House is called the Exeter Arms. More than 400 people live in  Barrowden which is in the county of Rutland, England. The nearest towns are Uppingham, Oakham in Rutland and Stamford in nearby Lincolnshire.

 

East Midlands is the nearest airport and the closest main line railway stations are Kettering and Peterborough.
