4) Cory Grant Finances. Of the £3000 grant only £870 had been spent on the survey by Storm Geomatics. All the approximate anticipated spending was outlined, and it was felt that with the kind assistance of both Cambridge Real Estates and Mossbeck Ltd. the funding for the seating/info area would be adequate.
Presentation of the Graphics and Text for the Information Board.
Keith Hensby presented the group with a proof copy of the information board which in his opinion required final on site colour adjustments. This was not only a colour problem, but toning adjustments were required to enhance the text. The group were concerned about the size of the board, and after a proposal was made, the group voted that it should be reduced in size to 30ins. x 22ins. finished dimensions. It was noted that other minor text alterations were required and after a proposal was made, the group voted that Arthur should amend the text and Keith should attend the final production to ensure everything was satisfactory. It was unanimously approved that 2 copies of the board should be ordered at a costing of £250 and 25 x A3 paper copies 0f 50p each from Bingham Signs. This would ensure that a back up information board would be available if any damage was caused.
